Affiliate vs partner programme
Who can apply, typical rates, payouts, pilot, and support split.
Two tiers, one portal
| Standard affiliate | Distribution partner | |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Anyone, self-serve apply | Anyone; reviewed in about 48 hours |
| Commission | 20% on qualifying subscription payments | Typically 25–30% first sale, 20–25% renewals (set on approval) |
| Hosting | Never — prodesk24 hosts | Never — you sell, demo, onboard |
| Large deals | Not the focus | Flag organisation, size, optional proposed price |
| Agreement | Programme terms | Signed agreement + optional exclusivity / territory |
| Pilot | — | 90 days, then review |
You do not have to be an affiliate first. Apply for partnership — that can create an account when you are approved. Prefer self-serve 20%? Join as an affiliate. Existing affiliates can link their AFF code on the form.
How first sale vs renewal is decided
The first qualifying subscription payment on a referred company uses your initial partner rate. Later payments use the renewal rate. Standard affiliates stay on 20% for both. Hosting renewal line items do not pay commission.
Payouts
- Minimum withdrawal: GHS 50.
- A GHS 2 transfer fee is charged on payout.
- Paid to the Mobile Money / Paystack details on your profile.
- Keep your name and number accurate or the transfer fails.
Support split (partners)
Your agreement can assign demos, onboarding, and first-line “where do I click?” questions. It never assigns hosting. Platform bugs, billing errors, and account recovery go to prodesk24.
Pilot
New partners typically run a 90-day pilot. Use it to prove you can source, demo, and onboard. Superadmin reviews terms after that window.
