Hosting — say this every time
prodesk24 is a hosted product. Customers open it in a browser. Partners and affiliates do not provision servers, SSL, or nightly backups. If someone asks you to “bring hosting”, they have misunderstood the offer.

Do I earn on every payment?
On qualifying subscription payments for companies that signed up with your code. Not on hosting_renewal. Partners: first payment vs later payments can use different rates.
Can I sell Enterprise on the website?
No. Enterprise stays in the plan list for existing accounts and internal tools. New Enterprise-style conversations go through a large-deal flag.
Can I change their monthly price?
No. You can propose a price on a deal flag. Only prodesk24 superadmin records an indicative quote. Checkout stays on published plans until a future commercial change is actually built and applied by prodesk24.
What is the difference between affiliate and partner?
Affiliate is self-serve 20%. Partner is application + agreement, typically higher first-sale commission, renewal rate, optional territory, demo/onboarding duties, and large-deal tools. Same login portal.
How fast are partnership applications reviewed?
The public promise is 48 hours. Approval needs an agreement file or URL and the commercial terms superadmin sets.
Minimum payout?
GHS 50 available balance, plus a GHS 2 fee on the transfer.
Where do I send a prospect who wants to self-educate?
