Large deals and quotes
When to flag a deal, what statuses mean, and what an indicative quote is not.
When to flag
- Multi-site groups, malls, fuel networks, or factories that will not buy a published plan as-is.
- They asked for Enterprise, API, or a dedicated manager.
- They named a price they will pay that is not on the pricing page.
What you submit
From the partner dashboard: the organisation, approximate size, and optionally a proposed price. That opens a deal on prodesk24’s side. You will see every status — open, reviewing, and closed — not only the open ones.
Statuses
- Open — you raised it; waiting for prodesk24.
- Reviewing — superadmin is working it.
- Closed — finished (won, lost, or parked). Read the notes.
Indicative quote ≠ checkout price
Superadmin may add a quoted price and notes and SMS you. That figure is a commercial signal for the conversation. It does not change what the customer sees at self-serve checkout. Do not tell them to type a different amount into Paystack.
Your job after a quote
Relay the note accurately. Continue the demo and onboarding on a trial if they still need to see the product. Do not invent a second discount on top of the quote.
