What prodesk24 is

The one-sentence pitch

prodesk24 is a hosted operations platform for Ghanaian and African SMEs. One login covers point of sale, stock, invoices, money in and out, customers, staff, and industry tools — fuel, factories, shops, clinics, schools, hotels, and more.

What it replaces

• Exercise books, WhatsApp orders, and Excel stock sheets that nobody trusts.
• A standalone cash register that cannot show profit, stock, or multi-branch transfers.
• Accounting-only tools that cashiers will not use on the shop floor.
• Separate apps for POS, inventory, invoicing, and CRM that never talk to each other.

What a customer actually uses

After signup they become the company admin. A free trial starts automatically and uses Starter-level access. They pick an operating business type in the setup wizard. prodesk24 then turns on the right modules — retail POS, fuel tanks, school fees, clinic visits, hotel rooms, and so on.

• Admin owns billing, users, and which tools the team sees.
• Staff (cashiers, attendants, teachers, nurses) get their own logins.
• Work happens in the browser on phone or computer. No install disc, no partner-owned hosting.

What you should never promise

• That you will host, deploy, or “set up a server” for them. The product is already live.
• A custom monthly price at checkout. Large organisations go through the deal-flag process; an indicative quote does not change self-serve checkout.
• Unlimited everything on Starter. Plans have seat, store, product, and module limits. Read Plans and pricing before you quote.
