Platform modules

Core tools plus industry modules, and which plans they typically need.

How modules work

prodesk24 is one product with many modules. The operating business type chosen in the setup wizard enables the right set. A fuel station sees tanks and pump sales. A school sees fees and students. A supermarket sees POS, stock, and wholesale. You do not install extra software — you pick the type and walk them through the checklist.

Core tools (almost every SME)

Business type is not tax industry

Operating type (retail, fuel, school…) turns modules on. Tax industry is a separate Ghana reporting setting. Do not mix the two in a demo.

Plan gates partners forget

  • Starter: one store, tight product and staff limits, no full CRM (booking clients only). Fine for a single shop testing the product.
  • Professional: multi-store, full CRM, Excel sync, stronger reports. Default recommendation for growing SMEs and small chains.
  • Business: fuel sales and fuel inventory, tank readings, more branches, finance depth, SMS automations. Default for filling stations and heavier operations.
  • Enterprise: more seats, multi-currency, API, WooCommerce at scale, dedicated manager. Not on self-serve checkout — flag a large deal.
