Trial, signup, and your link
How attribution works, trial access, and the query parameters you must use.
Your referral link is the job
Commission only attaches if the company signs up through your code. Share this pattern every time:
Link format
/signup?ref=YOURCODE — add &biz=retail (or school, healthcare, restaurant, …) so the wizard starts on the right type. Copy the exact code from your dashboard. Do not type it from memory if you can avoid it.
What happens at signup
- They create the company. They are the admin.
- A free trial of 14 days starts automatically.
- Trial access matches Starter — same modules and limits. Say that clearly so they are not surprised.
- They complete business profile (logo, contacts, tax industry) and the setup wizard (operating type).
Common attribution mistakes
- Sending them to the homepage with no ref= parameter.
- Letting a staff member sign up a second company without your link.
- Promising commission on a company that already exists on prodesk24.

- Pricing — published plans (or this academy article).
- User guide — self-serve setup story.
- FAQ and contact — billing questions you should not invent answers for.
- Schedule a demo — if they want prodesk24 to walk them through a scheduled demo.
