Playbook: fuel stations

Pumps, tanks, readings, and why this is usually a Business plan.

Pain they already feel

  • Shift sales do not match litres pumped.
  • Tank readings are on paper; losses appear late.
  • Shop / lube bay is a different notebook from the pumps.
  • Owners cannot see a day close unless they visit the site.

What to open in the demo

  1. Fuel sales — a pump sale and the day picture.
  2. Fuel inventory — products, tanks, readings.
  3. Reconciliation — opening, sales, closing, variance.
  4. POS — the mart / lubricants counter on the same account.
  5. Expenses and a simple income view for the owner.

Plan: Business or above

Fuel sales and fuel inventory are Business-tier features — see Plans and pricing. Do not put a filling station on Starter and hope tanks appear. If they have several sites or want a commercial conversation, flag a large deal.

Talk track

“prodesk24 is not only a shop POS. Tanks, readings, and pump sales sit next to the mart — so variance is visible the same day, not at month-end.”
