Playbook: schools, clinics, hotels, services
When the buyer is not a shop — fees, visits, rooms, jobs.
Same product, different first screen
Do not demo supermarket POS to a headteacher. Open the module they will live in. The finance and people tools sit underneath. For shops and factories, use the retail or factory playbooks instead.
School
- Lead with students, fees, and receipts — not POS.
- Signup: biz=school. Accounting is there for the bursar.
- Ask how they collect fees today (cash, MoMo, bank).
Clinic / healthcare
- Lead with visits, invoices, payments, CRM, SMS reminders.
- Signup: biz=healthcare.
- Ask about walk-in vs appointment and how they follow up patients.
Hotel
- Lead with rooms (hotel PMS), then restaurant POS and kitchen.
- CRM and SMS for guests. Hospitality type in the wizard.
Restaurant and lounge
- POS + kitchen + inventory. biz=restaurant or lounge.
- Demo a table / order ticket and stock of fast-moving drinks.
Professional services, bookings, barbershop, cleaning, travel
- Estimates, invoices, bookings or job lists, CRM.
- Travel types use leads and registrations — do not force POS.
- Logistics: deliveries, riders, waybills — biz=logistics.
These are real customers — not the only customers
Schools, clinics, and NGOs buy prodesk24. They are not the whole market. Keep factories, fuel, malls, wholesale, and SME retail in your weekly prospecting list.
